Krystal Marie Ball
Krystal Marie Balm (born on the 24th of November in 1980) is an American journalist and political commentator. Her previous roles included an presidential candidate as well as hosting a television show on MSNBC. She is also a frequent contributor to The Huffington Post, a frequent contributor to The Huffington Post, and co-host of The Hill's Rising with Saagar Ejeti. In May 2021, Ball and Enjeti announced that they would be leaving the show to launch their own project called Breaking Points with Krystal and Saagar. Ball is a cohost of the show Krystal Kyle & Friends. She has guest appearances on Fox News, CNN and Fox News. Ball has been married to Jonathan Dariyanani since 2020. Ball says that her interest in politics to her experience after becoming an expectant mother in the 2008 presidential primaries, and watching the outcome of the 2008 US presidential election while working in Jordan. She witnessed the impact it had on citizens of her home country and was inspired to understand the international influence of US politics. She was a Senior Fellow of the New Leaders Council. Ball was the Democratic Party's nominee for Congress in Virginia's 1st congressional District in 2010. She was defeated by Rob Wittman, the Republican incumbent. She was the host of The Cycle on MSNBC from June 2012 through July 2015. She co-hosted The Cycle, a show on MSNBC, from June 2012 to July 2015.
